Vertical construction is now underway at 600 Miami Worldcenter, according to photos taken by Ryan RC Rea. Groundbreaking for the 32-story tower took place in March, when a site work permit was issued. A phased vertical permit was issued in May. The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a letter stating that a building planned on Biscayne Boulevard does not represent a hazard to air navigation. A description attached to the FAA filing states the proposed building development project is to be located at 3801-3833 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.
