The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a letter stating that a building planned on Biscayne Boulevard does not represent a hazard to air navigation. A description attached to the FAA filing states the proposed building development project is to be located at 3801-3833 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. A downtown Miami apartment tower is now about five floors from topping off, new photos by Ryan RC Rea show. The 43-story tower is being built by developer Namdar.
